About Me

Bookkeeping You Can Actually Understand

I didn’t start out planning to run my own bookkeeping business. I spent years working behind the scenes — processing tax returns, verifying financial data, learning QuickBooks inside and out, and eventually managing books for other firms’ clients. Along the way, I noticed the same thing over and over: small business owners were paying for bookkeeping, but they still didn’t understand their own numbers.

That’s the problem I built Max Precision Bookkeeping to solve.

I’m a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, certified at both Level 1 and Level 2, and I specialize in working with small business owners across North Texas — especially in trades and service industries like landscaping, construction, cleaning, food service, and auto repair. These are businesses that run on tight margins and unpredictable cash flow, and they deserve a bookkeeper who actually understands that reality, not a call center that treats every client the same.

I’m also bilingual — English and Spanish — because I’ve seen too many Spanish-speaking business owners get left out of conversations about their own finances simply because no one took the time to explain things in their language.
